The 18th Friends to Re-Elect Senator Montgomery Campaign (18th Friends or Group) has formed to facilitate the 2009 re-election campaign of New York State Senator Velmanette Montgomery. This Privacy Policy governs 18th Friends’ liability for the use of the website or campaign materials or our use of personal information that you provide or is provided to us by others in support of the organization’s mission.
  1. 18th Friends provides access to the campaign website and campaign materials publicly and assumes no liability for the use thereof.
  2. 18th Friends will not share your name, address, phone number, fax number or email address (“Contact Information”) with anyone.
  3. If you do not wish to be contacted by 18th Friends, you may request we mark your record as “do not contact” in our files. You may make this request by email to velmanettemontgomery@live.com or by letter to 18th Friends of Senator Montgomery, 195 Willoughby Avenue Suite 305, Brooklyn NY 11205.

  5. 18th Friends may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time, in which case Group will use its best efforts to notify you as to the new policy. The current 18th Friends' Privacy Policy is always available from the Group web site at www.velmanettemontgomery.net.
  6. Notwithstanding this Privacy Policy, 18th Friends will comply with applicable law and court orders. If permitted by law, Group will use its best efforts to notify you of the release of such information pertaining to you.
