Provides that the Board of Elections of NYC shall publish on the 8th day before and the day before each general election, in at least two newspapers in such city, a notice in English and other appropriate languages which shall set forth dates and hours of the election, the phone number to call for information about polling places, applications for absentee ballots and other such appropriate subject, includes all other cities within provision for publication of certain notice by towns.
